We collect only what is necessary to deliver our services:
- Voice interview audio recordings and transcriptions
- Name and email address (for interview invitations and report delivery)
- Organisation name and industry
- Assessment responses and interview content
- Usage data and analytics (PostHog, anonymised)
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)
How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected:
- Conducting AI-powered readiness assessments
- Generating and delivering your assessment report
- Communicating about your engagement
- Improving our methodology and platform
- Complying with legal obligations
We will not use your information for any other purpose without your consent.
Data Storage and Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect it:
- All personal information is stored on servers located in Australia (Google Cloud, Sydney region)
- Encryption at rest: AES-256
- Encryption in transit: TLS 1.3
- Access controls: role-based, need-to-know basis only
- No third-party data sales — we never sell your data
Data Retention
We retain personal information for 2 years from the date of your assessment, after which it is securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days in accordance with Australian Privacy Principle 13.
Cross-Border Data Transfer
We do not transfer personal information outside Australia without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Our AI processing uses Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini) APIs. Data is transmitted to these providers solely for analysis purposes and is not retained by these providers beyond the duration of the API request. Both providers operate under enterprise data protection agreements.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which may process data in the United States and is subject to its own privacy policy. Stripe is certified under applicable data protection frameworks.
Your Rights Under the Australian Privacy Principles
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you (APP 12)
- Request correction of inaccurate or out-of-date information (APP 13)
- Request deletion of your information ("right to be forgotten")
- Opt out of direct marketing communications at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au
