An Agent Readiness assessment is a structured evaluation of your organisation’s preparedness for AI agent adoption — covering processes, workforce capabilities, data infrastructure, and strategic alignment. Rather than guessing where AI agents might help, we systematically identify the highest-value opportunities specific to your business. You receive a scored assessment across 6 key dimensions (Cultural, Technical, Data, Process, Strategic, and Trust), a prioritised list of opportunities with estimated business value, and a practical roadmap for what to do next.
Traditional AI consulting is expensive, slow, and often biased toward the consultancy’s own implementation services. Our assessment is: faster (1–15 business days depending on tier), more affordable (from $497 for a self-serve Spark Report to $18,000 for a full Transformation Roadmap), independent (we don’t sell AI tools or implementation services), and grounded in real employee voices — not just executive interviews. See our pricing page for current tier options. Think of it as a high-quality second opinion before you commit to a significant AI investment.
Participants receive an email with a unique interview link. They click the link on any device — phone, tablet, or computer — and have a natural 15–30 minute conversation with our AI interviewer. The AI asks about their day-to-day work, current frustrations, and thoughts on technology. There are no right or wrong answers. The conversation is transcribed and analysed as part of the overall assessment. Participants do not need any technical knowledge.
Timeline depends on your chosen assessment tier: the Spark Report is delivered within 1 business day (fully automated), the Snapshot takes around 5 business days, the Strategy Audit around 7, and the Transformation Roadmap around 15. The main variable is scheduling your participants for their voice interviews. We recommend scheduling all interviews in a 2–3 day window for fastest results.
Yes. We take data security seriously: all data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), servers are hosted in Australia (Google Cloud, Sydney region), data is handled under the Australian Privacy Principles (APP), voice transcripts are accessible only to authorised personnel for quality purposes, and data is retained for 2 years before secure deletion. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Potentially, yes. Various Australian Government programs provide grants that may cover AI advisory and readiness activities. We recommend consulting with your accountant or the relevant grant program directly. We can provide a service description letter for grant applications on request. All tiers include a digital report with Agent Readiness scores across 6 dimensions, opportunity analysis, and actionable recommendations. Higher tiers add deeper strategic analysis, department-by-department breakdowns, prioritised use cases with ROI estimates, risk and change management assessments, partner matching, and board-ready presentation packs. Specific deliverables for each tier are listed on our pricing page.
For best results, include a mix of roles — not just senior leaders. Frontline workers and middle managers often have the clearest view of where AI agents could help. Each tier specifies a recommended participant range (from 4 to 20+). Everyone participates voluntarily. The more diverse the voices, the better the insights.
Even better. The assessment helps you understand whether you’re getting full value from existing AI investments, which tools to prioritise or retire, where the biggest untapped opportunities remain, and how your current AI maturity compares to industry benchmarks. Many of our most valuable clients come to us having already made AI investments that aren’t delivering expected returns.
